Alexandria Thomas (Lady Arlin) is a 25 year old Artist, from Miami and now residing in Brooklyn, NY. Alexandria has her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from FAU and is currently an Elementary Performing Arts Teacher. She is ecstatic to join this show again because of her love for music and her passion for original play work. Emily Ross (The Sheriff) Emily Ross is an actor, producer, and designer from Chistochina, Alaska. They are a founding member and current artistic director of the Clementine Players. Eve Blackwater (Playwright and guitarist) an East Village musician and former professional fire-swallower, and is thrilled to have written her first full length play. Jeannie Skelly (Banjo player) is an antifolk singe in r-songwriter and banjo player of Brokeneck Girls. Previously playing acoustic music and performing as a drag king at various venues in London, UK, she first came to New York in 2017 and is excited to make a long-awaited return to the theatre! Kendra MacDevitt (Violinist) When Kendra MacDevitt was an undergrad at NAU, her 10-minute play "Dixie Cups" was nominated for a Kennedy Award. She did not win, but nonetheless moved to New York City to pursue a career in theater performance! Years later, she came to her senses and realized it was much more practical to be a free-lance violinist. She met Eve Blackwater and Jeannie Skelly while serving time in a local tavern and their mutual fascination with problematic literature, historical ultra violence, and 3 part harmony blossomed into a beautiful friendship. Michael Hagins (Director) is an African-American Playwright, Director, Fight Director, Actor, and Producer. Michael is a Member of Dramatists Guild and an Advanced Actor-Combatant for the Society of American Fight Directors. Michael was born in Brooklyn, New York, but raised in a small town in Florida for his childhood. He has used the racism and prejudice he dealt with at an early age to fuel his writing, which he has done since the age of 9. Michael is an avid lover of Shakespeare (he has done every play in the Shakespeare Canon) and has performed, directed and taken part in over 1,000 plays and films over his artistic career. Tiffany Rae Knight Tiffany Knight is a graduate from the University of Texas in Theater. She has spent the last ten years on stage and screen, as well as working in wardrobe on Broadway and TV. Previous Design credits include Assistant Designer on Still Life of Iris in Austin, Texas, and original designs for The Mariner for the Cohen New Works Festival based on the music of the Decemberist. An avid cosplayer, Tiffany also travels conventions with both original and adapted designs. She’s active in the vintage fashion, steampunk and costuming scene here on the East Coast. Adam Sherwin (Stage manager, lighting and sound designer) Adam Sherwin is excited to be part of Murder Ballad! Awards: Best Projections for Blockbuster Guy, Best Sound Design for Renaissance Dueling Plays. Other New York credits: The Room of Falsehood, As You Wish It, and S.U.N in the USA. He will be directing Twisted: The Untold Story of a Royal Vizier in the fall.
